These Terms govern your use of multinft.app and pay.multinft.app (the “Site”) and your purchase of digital licence tokens (“Licences”) from __LEGAL_ENTITY__ (“MultiNFT”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying a Licence you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not be located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not appear on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list. We may refuse or cancel any order on these grounds.
A Licence is a digital product represented by an ERC-721 token. It grants exactly the access or entitlement described on its product page at the time of purchase, and nothing further. A Licence is not a security, share, unit, fund interest, loan, or claim on the assets or earnings of any person or business. We make no representation or promise about the future price, resale value, or transferability of any Licence.
Prices are shown in US dollars and settled in the network’s native asset at the rate quoted at checkout. You are responsible for the wallet address you provide. Blockchain transfers are irreversible: if you enter an address you do not control, or an address on the wrong network, the Licence cannot be recovered and we cannot reissue it.
Card payments are processed by our third-party payment partner, who may perform identity and sanctions checks required by law. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to that partner’s own terms.

You may not use the Site to launder money, to evade sanctions, to fund unlawful activity, or to interfere with the Site’s operation or security. We may suspend access and cancel orders where we reasonably suspect any of these.
We may add, withdraw, pause or reprice Licences at any time before purchase. We may pause sales entirely, including for maintenance or where a pricing source is unreliable.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a Licence is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses caused by network congestion, a third-party wallet or exchange, or an address you supplied incorrectly.
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
